O Sepultura em sua época mais viril
Tenho o azar de morar longe do trabalho. Bem longe, aliás. São 10 conduções por dia, 4h balançando em trem, ônibus e metrô, de segunda a sexta-feira. Como eu sou um cara bem chato, fico reparando nas pessoas em volta.
Fico até impressionado com o rumo que a juventude está tomando. Sei que pareço um chato falando isso (e sou!), mas o que acontece com essa molecada de hoje em dia? Eu cresci ouvindo bandas brasileiras. Ouvia Raimundos, Ira!, Sepultura, Ultraje a Rigor e Titãs. Algumas dessas bandas estavam em plena decadência nos anos 90, mas outras estavam indo bem. Goste você ou não dessas bandas, é preciso admitir uma coisa: eram bandas virís. Música de macho, letras que falavam de mulher, bebida, cotidiano e juventude. Foram as músicas que me criaram. A música consegue transformar pessoas, não há dúvida!
Lembro que nessa época, havia rixas entre “roqueiros” e “não-roqueiros”. O estilo de se vestir, andar e se
comunicar era bem diferente. Éramos diferentes. Podres, mal-educados, mal-encarados. Éramos feios!
Hoje, vejo os jovens (e vou te falar, eu só tenho 25! Tem muita gente da minha idade ai) cada vez menos virís. As músicas falam de amores que não deram certo, de amores que deram certo, de amores que darão certo e de amores que… bom, só falam de amor! Ok, o mundo precisa disso, mas, cadê a agressividade? Cadê a rebeldia?
Hoje os adolescentes se vestem como meninas. Cabelos alisados, rostos abatidos, caras de triste. Porra, se pregam tanto o amor, porque vivem tristes?
E as meninas? Será que não se fazem mais mulheres como as de antigamente? Mulheres que gostam de homens? Mulheres que são sensíveis, mas sabem rir. Mulheres que gostam de homens, não de um bando de menino mimado! Essa juventude criada a leite com pêra vai crescer. E ai, o que será da próxima geração? Uma geração de frouxos? Uma geração de “Meninos super inteligentes e sensíveis?” Bah, nós somos feios, toscos e mal-encarados, mas ainda assim, sabemos como tratar as mulheres! Será que estamos errados?
No final, a conclusão que chego é que a música caminha para um sentido mais sensível e menos agressivo. Teremos “roques” com letras de pagode. E o pior é pensar que essa influência vem de fora! O mundo está assim.

Bom quero dizer, que dei muitas risadas com seu post, que apesar de um tanto exagerado, mais que realmente faz sentido, outro dia vi um galera de “meninos” que estavam com camisetas da Avril Lavigne, com lapís nos olhos, cabelos chapados mais do que o meu. Putz, imaginei logo assim, meninos com cara de sei lá o quê, pensei logo de contra gosto, menino tem que ter cara de homem poxa. Mais é isso ai uma nova geração de emos, afeminados etc.
