Já está virando uma coisa comum do meu cotidiano falar mal da programação dos humanos, sei lá, parece até que nós somos uma versão do Linux, tudo funciona, sim, mas não do jeito que deveria ou pelo menos não da forma que deveria.
Um dos grandes problemas que reclamo, é o sono. Maldito sono, nunca funciona do jeito que a gente quer. Sabe aquelas vezes que você está morrendo de cansado, com as pernas doendo, cabeça doendo, olho pregado, e tudo que você quer é apenas algumas horas de sono. Você toma aquele banho gostoso, prepara a cama de um jeito tão confortável que você nem vai precisar mexer no travesseiro, você se posiciona na cama, cobre, fecha o olho… vira para o outro lado…. vira novamente….olha pro teto…. fecha o olho…. fica de barriga pra baixo… pra cima… faz auto-massagem nas partes doloridas… e PORRA, não consegue dormir. Sendo obrigado a ver televisão, provavelmente estará passando a reprise de algum filme como Lagoa Azul, ou até mesmo chaves, e lá você espera pelo tão sonhado sono.
Depois de anos e anos passando por essa mesma situação eu descobri uma coisa: O maldito sono só vem quando você não quer que ele venha. É bem simples essa minha teoria, pergunte a você mesmo: quantas vezes você ficou esperando aquele filme fantástico que iria passar às 11:30 da noite na Globo, você em frente a televisão lutando contra o sono, e quando o filme está na metade você não aguenta mais, e dorme, ali mesmo no sofá. E o pior de tudo, quando você se deixa vencer pelo sono, desliga a televisão, vai para seu quarto pensando: “pelo menos vou ter uma boa noite de sono”. Rá, engano seu caro amigo(a), assim que você chega no quarto, deita na cama, fecha o olho… vira para o outro lado (repita os passos anteriores)… E assim novamente o seu sono vai embora, no maior estilo “Pegadinha do João Kleber”.
Sério, parece que Deus fica lá em cima, sentado em sua cadeira, barbudão, com a mão no queixo, ele olha pra você indo dormir e fala: “hehehe, esse tá fodido comigo”.
É por isso que eu vim aqui compartilhar a minha técnica para dormir feito um bebê (ou não dormir, quando quiser trabalhar), simples, deite na cama e não queira dormir, leia um livro, não feche os olhos nem um momento por vontade própria. Pode ter certeza que logo logo a fadinha da areia vai jogar um caminhão de areia no seu olho, que vai ficar tão pesado que não vai mantê-lo aberto. É incrível, toda vez que quero dormir rapidamente, eu pego um bloquinho de notas e começo a escrever várias coisas que eu gostaria de mudar em meus projetos, ou idéia para novos projetos, mais ou menos na 8ª linha eu nem consigo mexer a mão de tanto sono.
Faço a mesma coisa quando quero trabalhar no computador, fico pensando em dormir, em deitar ali mesmo, capotar em cima do computador, e café ou redbull nenhum faz o mesmo efeito.
PS.: Esse post eu escrevi pelo único fato de não ter conseguido dormir agora a pouco, estou muito puto com isso!

Se eu fica olhando pra cima nunca durmo, odeio ler(mais não so burro) e se eu fica sabendo se tem um filme que começa 03:00 e que ele seja bom eu fico até ele acabar, acaba o filme acaba o sono e de Dia acaba com a apaciencia.

hahah 5:30 da manhã e to na mesma situação, e achei alguém que me entende, principalmente na parte do filme que iria passar às 11:30 da noite na Globo,e o pior o Pós filme e a piadinha do joão kleber! hahah, bom como a minha tática de ver um documentário sobre controle da mente não funcionou, e -infelizmente- depois de 4 semanas eu consegui finalizar o WallStreet, e o A Rede Social. Só me restava ver algum outro filme online, mas engano meu! MegaVideo só nos da 72 minutos de vídeo grátis, e eu gastei com o até então infalível controle da mente, conclusão não vou dormir hoje, mas porém, agora sei tudo de tentativas de controle e estudo da mente humana!
